Allegro Baroque and Beyond is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Donations to Allegro are tax deductible as allowed by law. If you have questions, please contact us. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.
Sponsorships
Sponsorships offer attractive benefit packages and excellent visibility to businesses and individuals. Please contact the Allegro office 509.455.6865 for complete information on sponsoring for Allegro's Met series, Music in Historic Homes, the Royal Fireworks Festival and the Royal Fireworks Concert. Sponsors can also support Met scholarship tickets for deserving young people and for women in transition.
In-Kind Donations
Each year, thousands of dollars of in-kind goods and services are given to Allegro. This support is substantial, making it possible for Allegro to provide increased services to our community. Categories include marketing and promotions, production, equipment, supplies, fundraising services, office support, bookkeeping and accounting services, lodging and meals, reception support, and more. Volunteer
We need both year-round and summer festival volunteers. If you would like to offer your assistance, please call us. We welcome the opportunity to work with you.
Year-round: Food for Historic Homes;
Reception chair for one Met event;
Office help - all skills welcome (data entry, mail prep, phones); and
Research.
Summer Festival: Production crew member: set up & take down
Publicity Distribution.
Endowment & Planned Giving
Allegro's permanent Endowment Fund provides ongoing support for all of Allegro's performances and activities. Please talk with your financial advisor about options such as gifts of cash, appreciated securities, trusts, etc. In your estate planning, please remember Allegro. The organization is an important institution which brings cultural vitality and quality of life to your community.
Annual Fund
The Annual Fund provides vital support for the organization's operating budget. Contributions may be made at any time during the calendar year by cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. Donations can be paid on a monthly or quarterly basis, and we are happy to send reminders if you wish.
President's Round Table
Individual donors of $1,000 or more become members of the President's Round Table. Special benefits include a thank-you dinner and a special reception area at Allegro's Mainstage concerts. If you wish to become a member of the President's Round Table, please click here.
